Port Sanilac - clean and pressed

We have had some inquiries about why the Looper Locator shows Good Karma located smack dab in downtown wherever we are. For example, right now the boat appears a few blocks away from the marina in Port Sanilac. I can assure you we are in the water. Honest.

The Looper Locator lives inside Google Earth. This software is remarkable in its ability to see the earth. Magnificant. However it is difficult to make the little arrow fall exactly where I want it to fall. The software takes a long time to actually move. Also, Kermit and I have a little... difficulty agreeing about the exact longitude and latitude. Sometimes when I enter the exact numbers he gives me, we end up in the streets anyway. In those cases it is easier to just type in, "Port Sanilac" than to argue. Those who know us well will understand the need to avoid conflict on these little matters.

Anyway, we used our time in Port Sanilac, MI well. We scrubbed and polished the boat inside and out. Kermit did 3 loads of laundry and those area rugs finally look clean again. They will stay clean until Rusty goes in the water again so we must schedule time to do laundry again soon. It is a never ending cycle I am afraid!

We had a lovely day today. After finishing our chores we read and relaxed on the back of the boat. The weather is great, around 80 degrees and sunny with a great breeze. We are watching a great sunset with fluffy clouds in the East getting pink highlights from the sunset in the West. You can see Good Karma in the background, safely floating in Lake Huron. The streets of Port Sanilac are safe from marauding boats.

BTW, the boat next to us got annoyed at Kermit for being spray happy while washing the boat. They should see the boaters on D-dock!

I will figure out how to get the looper locator to be more accurate. It is kind of frustrating. Sorry about that....
